Role Overview
We’re looking for a Gameplay Engineer / Game Developer who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and immersive gameplay. In this role, you'll build core game systems that respond to intelligent NPCs, dynamic environments, and player-driven narratives—all powered by real-time machine learning.
You’ll work closely with AI engineers, designers, and artists to create responsive, engaging experiences that push the boundaries of interactive storytelling. This is an opportunity to shape the future of AI-integrated games from the ground up.
What You'll Do

Design and implement core gameplay mechanics, including character controls, camera systems, and combat/interaction loops.

Collaborate with AI engineers and designers to integrate machine learning systems into real-time gameplay.

Optimize game performance and ensure responsive, fluid player experiences across supported platforms.
What You Have

Developed a procedural NPC behavior system powered by reinforcement learning integrated into Unreal Engine.

Built a real-time multiplayer interaction framework with AI-assisted dynamic events.

Implemented character locomotion and animation blending systems responsive to generative world states.

Strong proficiency in C++ (Unreal Engine) or C# (Unity) with at least 3 years of gameplay programming experience.

Deep understanding of game physics, animation systems, and input handling.

Experience integrating third-party tools or AI APIs (e.g. Inworld AI, OpenAI, custom ML models).

Strong debugging and performance profiling skills for real-time environments.

Comfort working in cross-functional teams alongside designers, artists, and AI engineers.
